Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for fourteen days. You have fourteen days after receiving your product to return it. After fourteen days, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.

There are certain situations in which refunds may be refused:

Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged through your fault.
Any item that is returned more than fourteen days after receipt.

Refunds

Step one: Fill out the return form

Download the return form here and fill it out completely. Failure to follow this step may result in the return being invalidated.

Step two: Send the order to the return address

Send the items, along with the completed return form, to the address indicated on the form. Ensure your package has a tracking number. The sender is responsible for the return shipment to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step three: Send the shipment tracking information to info@madebynatur.de

Once we have received and approved the return, the refund will be processed automatically within fourteen days via the original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund

First, check your bank account.
Then contact your payment institution, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received a refund, please contact us.

Defective products

If you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@madebynatur.de .

You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a flawless replacement product free of charge.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. This means you can shop with peace of mind, as you won't incur any additional charges beyond the return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on items. However, you can return your items within fourteen days and place a new order.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping of returns

The customer must bear the costs of returning an item, except in the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

You are expected to return the item using a trackable shipping method or with shipping insurance. The sender is always responsible for the return shipment, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items if they are sent without tracking.
