Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Maestro.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within Germany.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing takes approximately one to two business days, Monday to Friday, and shipping takes seven to eight business days, Monday to Friday. The order cut-off time is 5 PM. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is valid for thirty days. You have thirty days after receiving your product to return it. After thirty days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

When will I receive my refund after a return?
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued within fourteen days to the original payment method.

How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with a tracking code. You can track your order on our order tracking page.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship our products within Germany.

What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to provide us with photographic evidence. We will then provide you with a flawless replacement product free of charge. If the defective product needs to be returned, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How does an exchange work?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your items within thirty days and place a new order.
